Position Overview

You will own technical issues on enterprise platforms end to end — from a customer's first report through diagnosis and workaround to the fix that closes it. You are the person who decides whether something is a configuration problem, a data problem, or a defect, and who carries that judgement into engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned tickets from intake to closure, working to the service levels agreed with the customer.
  • Diagnose faults across the stack — application logs, API traces, database state, and integration boundaries.
  • Write and run diagnostic SQL to isolate data issues in production support environments.
  • Produce reliable reproduction cases so engineering can debug without re-interviewing the customer.
  • Apply and document workarounds that keep a customer operating while a permanent fix is built.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring faults and record the outcome so the fault does not resurface.
  • Improve the knowledge base — runbooks, diagnostic checklists, and known-issue entries.
  • Verify fixes after release and confirm closure with the customer.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in technical or application support for business-critical software.
  • Confident reading .NET application logs, stack traces, and HTTP/API traffic.
  • Strong SQL — joins, aggregation, and enough execution-plan literacy to spot a slow query.
  • Experience diagnosing integration failures between systems, whether API, file-based, or message-driven.
  • Working knowledge of at least one cloud environment and how to read its logs and metrics.
  • Able to explain a technical cause to a non-technical customer contact without losing accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or IT discipline.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting banking, payments, or identity and access management products.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or container-based deployments.
  • Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for repetitive diagnostics.
  • ITIL foundation or equivalent process training.

What You'll Gain

  • Competitive salary.
  • Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
  • Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
  • Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
  • Private health insurance and flexible time off.
