Service Delivery Specialist
Hybrid or On Site Full-time 2-5 years Bachelor's Degree
Apply for this Position Position Overview
You will own delivery for assigned customers: everything that was agreed, from kickoff through acceptance and into steady-state service. When scope, schedule, and reality disagree, you are the person who surfaces it early and gets it resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery for assigned customer engagements from kickoff through acceptance and handover.
- Turn the agreed scope into a delivery plan with owners, dependencies, and dates.
- Run the delivery rhythm: status, risks, actions, and decisions, internally and with the customer.
- Coordinate engineering, support, coordination, and field teams around the delivery plan.
- Manage change requests: what they affect, what they cost in time, and who has to approve them.
- Drive acceptance — the criteria, the evidence, and the sign-off.
- Hand delivered services into support and operations with the documentation they need.
- Report delivery status and delivery risk honestly, especially when the news is not good.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years in service delivery, project management, or delivery coordination for software or technical services.
- Experience owning scope, plan, and acceptance for a customer engagement.
- Able to read an agreed scope and tell whether what is being built matches it.
- Strong stakeholder communication in Turkish and professional English.
- Comfort with delivery tooling and with keeping a plan that reflects reality.
- Technical literacy enough to challenge an estimate or a dependency claim.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, IT, or business discipline.
Nice to Have
- Delivery experience with enterprise platforms in finance, e-commerce, or telecoms.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and how it coexists with a fixed scope.
- Experience onboarding customers onto a multi-tenant platform.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent training.
What You'll Gain
- Competitive salary.
- Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
- Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
- Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
- Private health insurance and flexible time off.
