Position Overview

You will own the schedule for a set of customers or a region — who goes where, in what order, and what has to be true before they arrive. When the plan breaks during the day, you are the one who rebuilds it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the daily and weekly service schedule for your customers or region.
  • Plan technician allocation against skills, location, travel time, and priority.
  • Dispatch fault calls and rebalance the schedule when urgent work arrives.
  • Coordinate parts, tooling, and site access so a visit can complete first time.
  • Hold the customer side of scheduling: booking, rescheduling, and confirming windows.
  • Track visit outcomes and reschedule the ones that did not complete, with the reason recorded.
  • Keep delivery, support, and field teams aligned on what is planned and what has slipped.
  • Report on schedule adherence, technician utilisation, and first-time-fix for your area.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years coordinating or dispatching a technical field or service team.
  • Proven ability to replan a day under pressure without losing commitments already made.
  • Strong grasp of resource planning: skills, location, capacity, and priority.
  • Comfortable holding a firm line with customers and colleagues on what is achievable.
  • Fluent with scheduling or field service management tooling and with spreadsheets.
  • Clear communicator in Turkish, with workable English for written coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating multi-site installations or rollouts.
  • Familiarity with parts and spares logistics.
  • Exposure to service-level commitments and how scheduling affects them.
  • Reporting skills in Excel or a BI tool.

What You'll Gain

  • Competitive salary.
  • Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
  • Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
  • Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
  • Private health insurance and flexible time off.
