Apply for this Position Position Overview
You will lead the coordination team that decides how service capacity is spent every day. You own the plan, the people who build it, and the commitments it has to satisfy across support, field, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of service coordinators: assignment, development, and daily priorities.
- Own the end-to-end scheduling and dispatch function and its performance.
- Set the planning model — coverage, prioritisation rules, escalation triggers, and handover.
- Hold the team's commitments on schedule adherence and resource availability.
- Coordinate with support, field, and delivery leads on capacity for upcoming work.
- Own the scheduling toolchain and drive its configuration and improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop coordinators; run reviews and progression plans.
- Report on capacity, utilisation, and delivery risk to internal and customer stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years in service coordination or resource planning, including at least two leading a team.
- Experience owning a scheduling function's performance, not only its output.
- Strong capacity and demand planning across teams and regions.
- People leadership: hiring, coaching, performance, and fair workload distribution.
- Confidence negotiating priorities with delivery, support, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience redesigning a planning process and carrying a team through the change.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading coordination for large hardware or platform rollouts.
- Ownership of a field service management platform.
- Formal planning, logistics, or operations management training.
- Experience building reporting that leadership actually uses.
What You'll Gain
- Competitive salary.
- Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
- Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
- Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
- Private health insurance and flexible time off.
