Apply for this Position Position Overview
You will be the first pair of hands on incoming technical issues for the enterprise platforms ByteGurus builds and runs — reproducing what a customer reports, gathering the evidence, and getting it to the right person. It is a role for someone who enjoys turning a vague description into a clear, reproducible case, with senior specialists close by to learn from.
Key Responsibilities
- Reproduce reported issues in test environments using the steps, screenshots, and timestamps supplied by the customer.
- Read application logs and follow API requests to work out where a failure actually happens.
- Run prepared SQL queries against support databases to confirm data-level symptoms.
- Keep each ticket current — findings, evidence, and next step recorded so the next person does not start over.
- Escalate to senior specialists or engineering with a written summary of what you tried and what you ruled out.
- Work through known-issue runbooks and flag where a runbook no longer matches the product.
- Verify fixes after a release and confirm closure with the person who reported the issue.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in technical support, QA, or software operations, or a strong internship in one of them.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- Able to read application logs and stack traces and describe what they say.
- Basic SQL — SELECT, JOIN, and filtering against a relational database.
- Understands how a web API request travels between client, service, and database.
- Written Turkish and English clear enough to describe a fault precisely to an engineer.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to .NET applications or to IIS/Linux hosting.
- Familiarity with Postman or a similar API client.
- Experience with a ticketing system in a professional or internship setting.
- Curiosity about banking, payments, or identity systems.
What You'll Gain
- Competitive salary.
- Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
- Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
- Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
- Private health insurance and flexible time off.
