You will keep service operations visible and repeatable: producing the routine reports, watching the monitoring, and running the checks that tell us whether the services we operate are healthy. It is a good first role for someone who likes finding the pattern in operational data.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce the routine daily and weekly service reports from the agreed data sources.
- Watch monitoring dashboards and raise alerts to the right team using the defined procedure.
- Perform scheduled operational checks and record the results.
- Maintain runbooks and process documentation so they match how the work is actually done.
- Collect and tidy the data behind service reviews — volumes, ageing, closure, and recurrence.
- Log process deviations and pass them to senior colleagues with the supporting evidence.
- Help with periodic housekeeping such as data quality checks in operational systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in operations, reporting, monitoring, or process support.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
- Strong spreadsheet skills: lookups, pivots, and charts that are readable.
- Accurate and methodical — a report that is nearly right is wrong.
- Curiosity about why a number moved, not only what it is.
- Clear written Turkish and readable written English.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana or a cloud provider's dashboards.
- Basic SQL for pulling operational data yourself.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
- Interest in process improvement methods.
