You will help make sure what ByteGurus agreed with a customer is what the customer actually gets — tracking delivery items, preparing the documentation, and keeping the plan honest. You will work alongside delivery specialists on live customer engagements from your first weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Track delivery items against the agreed scope and flag anything without an owner or a date.
- Prepare and maintain delivery documentation: plans, status packs, and acceptance records.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks for new customers — accounts, environments, contacts, and access.
- Take minutes and actions in delivery meetings and follow them up until they close.
- Collect the evidence needed for acceptance and file it where it can be found later.
- Keep the delivery tracker current so status is read from the tool, not from memory.
- Escalate scope, date, and dependency risks to the responsible delivery specialist.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in project support, delivery coordination, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management information systems, business, or a related field.
- Organised and persistent — you follow an action up until it is genuinely closed.
- Clear written Turkish and professional written English.
- Confident with spreadsheets and collaboration tools.
- Comfortable asking a senior colleague a direct question when something does not add up.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to software projects or an IT delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or a similar tracking tool.
- Interest in enterprise software and how it reaches production.
- A basic understanding of contracts and scope.
