You will keep the service schedule accurate: booking visits, confirming access, and making sure the right person, part, and permission are in place before anyone travels. It is the role where being organised is the technical skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and confirm service visits with customer contacts and record them in the schedule.
- Check that access, permits, and site contacts are confirmed before a visit is dispatched.
- Assign routine visits to available technicians according to the published plan.
- Chase outstanding confirmations, parts, and paperwork so a visit is not wasted.
- Update job status through the day and keep the schedule reflecting reality.
- Prepare the daily and weekly schedule pack for the team.
- Escalate clashes, no-access situations, and missing resources to the responsible coordinator.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in scheduling, dispatch, planning, or operations support.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in an operations environment.
- Highly organised, with the discipline to keep a schedule accurate rather than approximately right.
- Confident on the phone with both customer contacts and technicians.
- Competent with spreadsheets and quick to learn a scheduling system.
- Clear written Turkish and English adequate for written coordination.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a field service management or ticketing tool.
- Exposure to technical or engineering teams.
- Familiarity with basic logistics or parts handling.
- Interest in how service operations are planned.
