Software Solution Architect

You will design end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers — how ByteGurus platforms, the customer's existing systems, and the integrations between them fit together to meet a requirement. You own the solution design for individual engagements and stay close enough to delivery to see your design survive contact with reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions across ByteGurus platforms and customer systems for assigned engagements.
- Define integration architecture: interfaces, protocols, data ownership, and failure behaviour.
- Translate non-functional requirements into concrete architectural decisions and document them.
- Produce solution architecture documents analysts, engineers, and the customer can all work from.
- Review implementation against the design and correct drift before it becomes permanent.
- Support pre-sales with solution options, technical risk, and effort implications.
- Work with solution engineers on the build-versus-configure decisions your design implies.
- Feed recurring architectural gaps back into product engineering.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years in software engineering or solution architecture on enterprise systems.
- Strong .NET and distributed systems background, including messaging and API design.
- Experience designing integration with systems you do not control.
- Able to reason about security, availability, and data consistency and defend the trade-offs.
- Experience with cloud architecture and containerised deployment.
- Clear architectural writing: decisions, rationale, and consequences.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Domain experience in custody banking, payments, IAM, or OTT video platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant platform design.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales setting.
- A cloud architecture certification.
