This internship is for a student or recent graduate who wants to learn how software is actually tested before it reaches users. You will learn to read a feature, work out how it can break, and report what you find so clearly that nobody has to ask a follow-up question.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute existing test cases for web and mobile features and record the results accurately.
- Explore new features without a script and report anything that looks wrong.
- Write defect reports containing the steps, the expected result, and the actual result.
- Verify fixes and close out the tickets you raised.
- Help keep regression test documentation current as features change.
- Sit in on refinement sessions to learn how requirements turn into test cases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Careful, methodical attention to detail.
- Ability to describe a problem in writing so that someone else can reproduce it.
- Basic understanding of how web and mobile applications are structured.
- Comfortable asking questions early instead of getting stuck quietly.
Nice to Have
- Any exposure to a bug tracker or test management tool.
- Basic SQL for checking what actually landed in the database.
- Curiosity about how APIs work behind the interface.
- English good enough to read technical documentation comfortably.
