Position Overview

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can carry a feature across every layer it touches. You will design the data, write the API, build the interface, and stay with it through release rather than handing it over halfway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own features end to end across a Next.js frontend and a .NET or Node.js backend.
  • Design API contracts with the interface in mind so the frontend does not have to work around them.
  • Model and migrate PostgreSQL schemas for the features you deliver.
  • Write tests at both ends: unit and integration on the server, component tests on the client.
  • Debug across boundaries and identify which layer a production issue actually belongs to.
  • Ship through the team's GitHub Actions pipelines and verify behaviour after deploy.
  • Review peers' pull requests on both sides of the stack.
  • Push back when a feature would be simpler with a different split between client and server.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience covering both frontend and backend work.
  • Production experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Production experience with at least one backend stack: .NET / C#, Node.js, Python, or Go.
  • Solid PostgreSQL: schema design, joins, indexes, and safe migrations.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and session handling across client and server.
  • Comfortable with Docker and with reading a CI pipeline definition.
  • Judgement about where logic belongs rather than putting it wherever it is easiest to write.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Redis or a message broker such as Kafka.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes deployments.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC alongside REST.
  • Experience owning a small product surface on your own.

What You'll Gain

  • Competitive salary.
  • Fully remote — work from wherever you're most productive.
  • Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
  • Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
  • Private health insurance and flexible time off.
