Hybrid or On Site Full-time 5-7 years Bachelor's Degree
Apply for this Position

Position Overview

You will lead the technical implementation on the hardest engagements — complex integration landscapes, high-volume data migrations, and customers whose environment does not resemble anyone else's. You make the implementation design decisions and raise the engineering standard of the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation on complex or high-risk customer engagements.
  • Make implementation design decisions: extension points, integration patterns, and migration strategy.
  • Design and build integrations across heterogeneous customer landscapes, including legacy systems.
  • Own the performance and correctness of large data migrations, including reconciliation and rollback.
  • Review the configuration and code produced by other solution engineers.
  • Work with product engineering when a customer need should become a product capability.
  • Mentor engineers on implementation technique, testing, and deployment discipline.
  • Define implementation standards, templates, and reusable components for the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years implementing and integrating enterprise software for customers.
  • Strong .NET engineering, including debugging code you did not write.
  • Deep integration experience: API design, messaging patterns, idempotency, and error handling.
  • Advanced SQL and experience with large data migrations under correctness constraints.
  • Solid cloud and container experience in a production delivery setting.
  • A record of technical leadership on a customer-facing engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with custody, payments, or card systems.
  • Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code in a delivery context.
  • Experience feeding implementation findings into product architecture.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning under production load.

What You'll Gain

  • Competitive salary.
  • Hybrid working — a mix of office and remote days, with time on customer sites where the work needs it.
  • Annual learning budget for books, courses, and conferences.
  • Top-tier hardware and software tooling.
  • Private health insurance and flexible time off.
