Lead Software Solution Engineer

You will lead the solution engineering team that turns ByteGurus products into working customer systems. You own the team's technical delivery commitments, its engineering standards, and the decisions that keep implementations maintainable after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of solution engineers across concurrent customer implementations.
- Own the team's technical delivery commitments and the quality of what it ships.
- Allocate engineers across engagements by skill, complexity, and capacity.
- Set implementation standards: code, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Own the technical escalation path from implementation into product engineering.
- Reduce per-customer effort by driving reusable components and configuration over custom code.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop engineers; run reviews and technical progression.
- Work with architects and delivery leads on implementation feasibility before commitment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years in software implementation or integration engineering, including at least two leading a team.
- A .NET and integration engineering background you can still apply hands-on.
- Experience owning technical delivery across multiple concurrent customers.
- Proven ability to set and enforce engineering standards in a delivery organisation.
- People leadership: hiring, coaching, performance, and technical growth.
- Judgement on custom code versus product capability, and the cost of getting it wrong.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading implementations in regulated industries.
- A product engineering background alongside delivery.
- Experience building a reusable implementation toolkit or accelerator.
- Kubernetes-based delivery at scale.
