You will help turn what an enterprise customer needs into something engineers can build — documenting requirements, mapping current processes, and writing up the gaps between the product and the customer's expectation. Senior analysts run the workshops; you make sure nothing said in them is lost.
Key Responsibilities
- Document requirements gathered in customer workshops in the agreed format.
- Map customer business processes as-is and record where the product does not match them.
- Draft functional specifications for defined, well-bounded requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the requirements traceability records for an engagement.
- Write UAT test scenarios from approved specifications.
- Support UAT sessions: capture findings, classify them, and track them to closure.
- Raise ambiguities and contradictions in requirements rather than resolving them yourself.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years in business analysis, systems analysis, QA, or a related software role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, management information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Able to write a requirement precisely enough that two engineers read it the same way.
- Basic SQL and comfort reading a data model.
- Understands what an API is and how two systems exchange data.
- Clear written Turkish and professional written English.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to BPMN, UML, or another process notation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or a similar tool.
- Interest in banking, payments, or identity domains.
- Experience in a customer-facing setting.
